Red Cow Part II The Revenge of Elk Wellington will be joining the shops and restaurants on Cathedral Hill!

I’d like to say that it’s just their delicious burger reinventions (elk patty & brie? What? Angus burgers smothered with root beer pulled pork?? WHAT?? …OR maybe it’s their thirty-six draft beers?? WHAAAT?? I KNOW!!) that has brought them such success, BUT I have to give a tiny bit of credit to Tanek for transforming that Blockbuster Video into a delicious destination…

Now they’ll have to transform a tired old bar into another delicious destination… I’d like to, personally, request that the Costello’s “mural” be painted over As Soon As Possible.
