German-based Engel & Völkers bring Minnesotans the umlaut, and so much more… Tanek designed a gem right on the edge of downtown Minneapolis.

Construction began on 8/1/15 and FINISHED on 10/1/15. According to my math-skills, that’s 2 months. Regular readers of this blog know that my kitchen took twice as long to complete.
