I know A LOT about cows because my husband’s cousin owns a cattle ranch. (wink) I drove there once, and if you know me — and I think you do — you’ll not be surprised to hear that the drive was just like watching a scary movie in a bedroom (but not bed) that I share with my husband.

BUT I DIGRESS/SPEAKING OF COWS:

Red Cow will be opening ANOTHER restaurant! Can you stand it?? (No, you cannot.) This will be in North Loop’s soon-to-be-open Velo development. Now those North Loopers will finally stay on their side of town.
