I mean, give me THE Liberty apartments and townhomes designed by Tanek! That’s what Patrick Henry would have said had he the pleasure (pronounced PLAYzhǝr) of moving into this Golden Valley treasure (pronounced TRAYzhǝr). Remember when I wrote about this utopia in 2017? It wasn’t ready for prime-time yet, but now it is!
Tanek worked with Wood From the Hood for their latest chef-d’oeuvre. (That’s fancy-talk for masterpiece.) Roseville is the lucky recipient, and Tanek pulled out all the stops. Yup, they used and reused every available resource, trees were spared or actually used in the restaurant… Ask your bartender or hostess all about it when you visit 2851 Snelling Avenue North!
Have you ever wondered what it’d be like to surround yourself with 24,000 square feet of wine and beer? Me too! Nat calls it Nirvana. I call it Total Wine.
Outings with workmates are important. Venue selection is critical and should be given careful consideration. When Tanek chose Vertical Endeavors, they used the climbing course as a tool to root out any sissies. To be an architect or interior designer in this city means having strength, agility, and the ability to use spells of the 8th level.
What if I started this blog post with dry data and statistics about the increase in Greenway traffic ? What if I went on and on about the rising percentage of recreational and commuting cyclists over the past 10 years? What if I was just hung up on the idea that 1,000,000 people use the Greenway each year? Wouldn’t that be boring?
That was the most delicious 10 year anniversary party for an architectural firm I have ever been to.
Scrapbooking is super fun but I lost my pinking scissors and glue-stick so this blog will just have to do. Blogs are great for sharing photos, keeping memories, spreading important information – I mean, blogs give a voice to those that normally would be silent. Anyway, I wanted to know how the Tanek employees spent their Holiday…Typically, I would just go through someone’s trash to find out how they spend their time. But people just e-mailed me photos.
