Oh, (you ask) when will Science merge with Deliciousness? But it already has. Dessert-deprived Edina desperately needed its own DIY(ish) froyo. 50th & France shoppers needed 16 flavors of frozen yogurt (on tap) and 60 toppings for important experimentation. A stainless steel lab station is located between complicated equations on the “blackboard” and the Periodic Table of Flavors posted handily on the wall. Just pull your flavor, add topping(s), weigh dish at the register, and get an automatic A+.
