Smack in the middle of the Nicollet Mall sits the Renaissance Square Office Building. And smack in the middle of the Renaissance Square Office Building sits Genus Technologies. Built in 1898, this building was originally a department store and was originally called The Andrus. Over the years it evolved into a fully renovated office building with a ten story atrium.

Tanek designed the headquarters for Genus Technologies and the collaboration is, dare I say, genius. Genus Technologies manages complex corporate content and digital assets for their clients and Tanek makes them look good while they do it.
